Shopping and Culture
Landau boasts numerous restaurants, cafés, and bars in its historic town centre. Weekly farmers' markets take place on Tuesdays and Saturdays. Be sure to visit Annas Landpartie to enjoy delicious regional specialities, perfect as a treat for yourself or as a souvenir.
The city also offers a diverse cultural programme. At the Gloria Kulturpalast, you can experience events such as poetry slams, while the concert hall hosts ballet, music, and theatre performances.
The Christmas market in the historic town centre is particularly enchanting.
Every Saturday, the tourist office organises city tours, including some that explore the underground passages of the historic fortress.
