Nightly fee for up to 4 guests

5th and 6th guest per night

Please note that our minimum stay is three nights.

For stays of seven nights or longer we offer a 10% discount.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations and changes are only valid in writing.

Cancellation up to 30 days before arrival: free of charge
If you cancel up to 14 days before arrival, we will refund 50% of the travel price.
In case of later cancellations, the full travel price must be paid.

Check-in from 4:00 pm.

Check-out until 10:00 am.

There is 1 car parking space available for our guests. Additional cars may be parked along the street in public, marked areas.

Bicycles can be stored safely and sheltered at the covered back of the courtyard.

No Smoking inside the house
Maximum capacity: 6 guests
No parties/ large gatherings
Pets are not allowed
Be considerate of neighbours and mind quiet hours 10 pm – 6 am
Separate waste and dispose in designated bins (paper, recyclables, organic waste, residual waste)
Clean the barbecue after use
